Jeff Nielson: Spending as much time as I do writing about the Land of Fraud, I never thought I would see myself using the phrase “maximum fraud” to describe any U.S. market . Each time I thought I had witnessed the apex of human fraud, within a matter of weeks or perhaps months I would witness some even more extreme outrage.

One should never underestimate Federal Reserve Chairman B.S. Bernanke, however, when the subject turns to fraud and deceit. This is the same man who told the world (day after day) that the U.S. had a “Goldilocks economy”, where U.S. markets and house prices would keep going up forever -- at the very peak of the made-in-Wall-Street U.S. housing bubble. This is the same man who then promised the world (again and again) that the U.S. economy would experience a “soft landing” after that gigantic bubble had already burst. This is the same man who has announced more “exit strategies” than Harry Houdini -- with not one of them ever materializing.

Yet even the infamous “Helicopter Ben” Bernanke has outdone himself with his latest operations in the U.S. Treasuries market. For those who missed the news, foreign central banks (the largest holders of U.S. Treasuries) have been frantically dumping more Treasuries onto the market over the past four weeks than at any other time in U.S. history.

Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.

Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States.

Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA

KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus.

Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay.

A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation, most notably the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), the nation’s oldest and largest Asian American civil and human rights organization.

In a letter addressed to Congress , S. Floyd Mori, the national director of JACL, said the NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971 . Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.

KBR Instrumental in Establishing Camps in 2006

In 2006, KBR was awarded a contingency contract from the Department of Homeland Security, allegedly to support its Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in the event of an emergency, Market Watch reported.

The contract was effective immediately and provided for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to expand existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs, KBR said. The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster, the company explained.

Army Releases Civilian Inmate Labor Program Document

Soon after KBR’s announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced. Entitled the “Civilian Inmate Labor Program,” the unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a “rapid act revision” in January 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations.

National Emergency Centers Act

In 2009, the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was introduced in Congress. It mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

In addition to emergencies, the legislation is designed to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse, as Paul Joseph Watson noted in January of 2009.

Clergy Response Teams

Also in 2009, the Army National Guard began posting advertisements calling for Internment/Resettlement Specialists, a fact noted by Infowars.com, Prison Planet.com and other alternative media outlets but ignored by the establishment media.

Precursor: Rex 84 Mass Detention Operation

Rex 84 , short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services.

During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”

Rex 84 was devised by Col. Oliver North, who was with the NSC and appointed liaison to FEMA. John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of “national preparedness” programs for FEMA, and North designed the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million “American Negroes” in the event of a black militant uprising in the United States.

DHS Coordinating Occupy Arrests

Following a crackdown by police on Occupy Wall Street protesters around the nation, Oakland, California, mayor Jean Quan mentioned during an interview with the BBC that she was on a conference call with leaders of 18 US cities shortly before a wave of raids broke up Occupy Wall Street encampments across the country. It was later discovered that the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and other federal police agencies had coordinated the often violent response to the protests.

New York Rep. Peter King, who heads up the House Homeland Security Subcommittee, signaled a sense of urgency when he said the federal government has “to be careful not to allow this movement to get any legitimacy. I’m taking this seriously in that I’m old enough to remember what happened in the 1960′s when the left-wing took to the streets and somehow the media glorified them and it ended up shaping policy. We can’t allow that to happen.”

The federal government responded similarly in the 1960s and 70s when the FBI organized and unleashed its unconstitutional secret police under the covert banner of COINTELPRO.

In addition to the DHS characterizing Americans supporting states’ rights and the Constitution as terrorists, the Defense Department’s Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course in 2009 advised its personnel that political protest amounts to “low-level terrorism.”

Elements of the Police State Coming Together

The KBR document is more evidence that the federal government has established internment camps and plans to fill them with dissidents and anti-government activists that have been demonized consistently by the establishment media.

The NDAA was crafted precisely to provide the legal mechanism for tasking the military to round up activists it conflates with al-Qaeda terrorists. The plan was initially envisioned by Rex 84 and in particular Operation Garden Plot, an operational plan to use the Army, USAF, Navy, and Marine Corp. in direct support of civil disturbance control operations. It has since added numerous elements under the rubric of Continuity of Government, the overall war on terror, civil disturbance and emergency response.

The government has patiently put into place the crucial elements of its police state grid and overarching plan for the internment of political enemies.

We are quite literally one terror event away from the plan going live. As the DHS and the establishment media keep telling us, the next terror event will be on American soil and not the work of al-Qaeda but domestic patriot political groups. The FBI has specialized in creating domestic terrorists – or rather patsies – and shifting the blame over to their political enemies.

Anyone familiar with YouTube should understand that YouTube's algorithm that determines "Suggestions" videos never displays multiple videos from the same member in the "Suggestions" video section (unless those are videos from the member that posted the video). Try it for yourself. Pick any other video on: Talking Animals, Cute Kids, or Crochet. See if you able to duplicate the placement of 6 videos from the same member in the suggestion list. What we are witnessing is an attempt by YouTube/Google/NSA to direct viewers to videos that purport to "DeBunk" the evidence of 9-11 and "poison the well" of the 9-11 Truth Movement.

YouTube, which is owned by Google and evidence indicates, appears to be a front company for the National Security Agency (NSA). YouTube has a long history of censoring the 9-11 Truth Movement and the Constitutionalist / Patriot movement that is exposing the propaganda campaign waged on Americans and world by the Central Banksters, their intelligence agency puppets and monopoly MainStreamMedia companies. We only hope that the total upload view numbers are not scrubbed next. You Tube has been downplaying view count in favor of sponsor-driven promoted videos for some time. Meanwhile, its parent Google has engaged in blacklisting and demoting both PrisonPlanet.com and Infowars.com from search engine rankings for some time.

Censorship on You Tube is a long and nuanced saga, with many previous attempts to block outright or obscure work posted on The Alex Jones Channel, as well as countless other channels– including wide purges of 9/11 truth, patriot and Ron Paul videos, among other works stifled for political speech content.

In 2009, The Alex Jones Channel was temporarily suspended after multiple frivolous DMCA copyright claims. The ban derived in part from the prior flagging a video from Alex Jones’ live radio program where he dared to show on screen an article from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette which had attacked him by name and attempted to link him to a cop killer then in the news.

You Tube has also previously suspended THElNFOWARRlOR, a channel closely associated with The Alex Jones Channel, then later, after restoring it, revoking its privilege to post full-length documentaries.

Back in July 2010, numerous documentaries by Alex Jones, including most prominently The Obama Deception, were suddenly deleted from ChangeDaChannel, after receiving millions and millions of views each. The videos were eventually restored by You Tube after public attention again placed pressure. That version of The Obama Deception, then with 6.5 million views just on that channel, and now with 9 million views, was particularly annoying to the system because it ranked in the very top of “Obama” Google searches.

Further, prior to this removal, “honors” for ChangeDaChannel version of The Obama Deception were stripped, again detrimental to the search rankings that allow it to get even more views. The same video was also removed on another occasion after being fraudulently challenged on copyright grounds.

More recently, in June 2011 You Tube blocked the “honors” for a viral video of Google chief Eric Schmidt attending Bilderberg 2011 in effort to limit its exposure and ranking. You Tube revealed its hand in actively altering such stats when it rapidly restored the video’s status following Alex Jones using the airwaves to put them on notice.

In late 2010, You Tube shutdown video posted on The Alex Jones Channel of the Wikileaks-released Apache helicopter video mirrored on literally hundreds of channels based on vague and subjective “community guideline standards”, eventually restoring it after a storm of criticism. But prior to blocking this video, You Tube already worked to restrict its viewcounts, putting it behind a log-in wall designed to keep out viewers under 18.

Similarly, the video titled “Obama JOKER $1000 Video Contest: The establishment will go nuts!!!” was blocked in August 2009 under “community guideline standards,” set up to essentially allow anyone who disagrees to shut down someone else’s speech. Indeed, Obamanoids were caught griping on the video’s comments:

Further encouraging users to flag and then block videos, You Tube has even added new criteria to report on, such as “promotes terrorism,” a label sure to be easily abused.

Finally, it is interesting to note that Danny Jowenko, the European demolition expert featured in the video and pictured in the screenshot above, was recently conveniently killed in an auto accident in the weeks before the 10th anniversary of 9-11. This is similar to the untimely death of contemporaneous 9-11 witness Barry Jennings just days before the release of NIST's report on WTC 7. Mr. Jennings, who was in WTC 7 on 9-11, was a witness to explosions occurring in WTC 7 before the fires and the collapse of WTC 1 & 2 and could have been a prominent witness against the falsities and omissions of the NIST report as the world's press focused on that event.

Here is BBC reporter Jane Standley broadcasting live from New York City on 9-11 explaining how and why WTC 7 fell 20 minutes before it collapsed with the building still standing visible behind her! When someone in "Central Control" realizes they are going out early with the "how and the why" before they have blown up WTC 7 then the BBC loses the signal from NYC five minutes before WTC 7 collapses completely and symmetrically into it's own footprint at free fall speed defying the laws of physics and displaying all the hallmarks of controlled demolition.

Here is video of obvious media plants that were on the major networks almost immediately after the attacks selling the public on the official story before anyone knew anything. Think about it: The official story is the government had absolutely no prior knowledge but 33 minutes after the 2nd tower is struck there is an MSNBC anchor describing in detail Osama Bin Ladin's history and spooky arch-terrorist cover story. Who gave him this info? Jerome Hauer is also on television selling the story of Osama Bin Ladin which is funny because he is one of the prime suspects for his role in building the NYC Emergency Management Center in WTC 7 which many believe was the intelligence agencies base of operations during the attack. Jerome Hauer is also a prime suspect for getting the FBI's #1 Bin Ladin expert, John O'Neill, a position as head of WTC security where he conveniently dies on his first day on the job before he can offer his opinion on Bin Ladin's ability to pull off such a sophisticated operation.

Here is an oldie but a goodie. CNN from the 1991 Gulf War where correspondents Charles Jaco and Carl Rochelle get the script mixed up. It looks like Carl forgot his prop gas mask so they have to ad-lib on live TV. They are also obviously broadcasting from a studio while pretending to be in the field.

Here is more fake warzone coverage from CNN. This one from Libya, July 2011. As the car screams away you will notice the other people visible in the area do not appear to hear/notice the gunfire. As the car drives away you can hear the same fake gunfire noise being repeated at the same volume even though the CNN "News Team" is now in the car and should be over a quarter mile away given the speed at which they appear to be driving.

Here is another example from the Libyan War in 2011. Evidently the BBC wanted to show the Libyan people celebrating the "liberation" of Tripoli but couldn't find anyone celebrating the approach of NATO's puppet army so they used canned video of brown people celebrating in a square and waving flags. The people are obviously Indian not arab and they are waving the Indian national flag. Here is a short 10 minute video that covers three different times the MSM has been caught lying and fabricating news:

1. Dateline NBC caught rigging GM trucks to explode and then producing a news story showing a rigged explosion as a normal crash.

Faux News was forced to apologize for their "mistake".

The Oklahoma City Bombing and the Complete Suppression of Additional Bombs Found in the Alfred P. Murrah Building - Most people don't realize that their were multiple bombs found within the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. National and local media reported on this fact throughout the day initially and then when "Central Control" decided that it didn't fit with the government's official story about the Lone Bomber - "Sheep Dipped" special forces operative Timothy McVeigh and his ANFO truck bomb. The media then completely "forgot" about multiple bombs found in the building and this crucial evidence was flushed down the memory hole even though General Benton K. Partin who ran the US Air Force Armaments Testing Laboratory wrote a thorough report, delivered to the Major Media, explaining in detail how the government's story was completely and patently false.

FEMA Caught Staging Fake Press Conference - Here is an example from 2005 when FEMA was caught staging a fake press conference where FEMA employees were pretending to be reporters and asking softball questions while real reporters weren't given notice of the "press conference" until 15 minutes before and those dialed into the conference call weren't allowed to ask any questions.

TV network admits passing off clip from VIDEO GAME as footage of ‘genuine IRA attack’

ITV was this evening forced to apologise after faking footage on a brand-new flagship show – using clips from a violent video game.

Network chiefs were left embarrassed after admitting that new prime-time show Exposure had used clips from Arma II, purportedly showing the IRA shooting down a British Army helicopter.

Footage of the 1988 ‘attack’ was shown to viewers on Monday night’s premiere show on ITV1, which exposed the former Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi’s links with the IRA. The helicopter was seen being blasted by soldiers on a hillside, before spiralling down to earth as a voiceover stated: ‘Gaddafi weapons had upped the ante.’

But hours after Exposure: Gaddafi and the IRA was broadcast, angry viewers took to the Internet and claimed that in fact, the footage had actually been taken from video game Arma II. ITV admitted the ‘human error’, as a spokesman told the Mail: ‘The events featured in Exposure: Gaddafi and the IRA were genuine."

Let's not forget the fake "Brooks Brothers Riot" during the 2000 elections which the news channels tried to pass off as "spontaneous demonstrations of angry Miami voters" until the "rioters" were identified as republican operatives who had been flown in from all over the country on commercial and executive aircraft to try and stop the recount.

Let's not forget the obviously fake Bin Laden "confession" videos.

Here is an example from the 2nd Iraq war where the MainStreamMedia showed the world images of "jubilant" Iraqis greeting the American military as "liberators" and spontaneously pulling down a statue of Saddam Hussein in Baghdad. It came out later that the incident had been completely staged by US Army Psychological Operations and many of the participants were flown into Iraq with U.S. Puppet Ahmed Chalbi's "Free Iraqi Forces". There might be some argument to be made for using a stunt like this to save American lives in an invasion of Baghdad by convincing the enemy that the Iraqi government had fallen but I doubt that many members of the Iraqi Republican Guard had subscriptions to Newsweek and US News and World Report. Let's not forget that this was a war based on lies about Weapons of Mass Destruction and manufactured intelligence (Google: Downing Street Memo)

Here is an example of a New York Times article on the arrest of hundreds of nonviolent protestors that were entrapped by the New York City police department. The original story reports that the police let the protestors march on the bridge. Evidently one of the editors reviewed the article and decided the paper wouldn't be reporting on the police entrapment of protestors.

A Short Primer on the Manipulation and Opportunity of Silver and the Campaign to Bankrupt JP Morgan

I have been buying silver since it was $6 an ounce in 2005 and have been following the fraud of the precious metals market for almost as long. I am convinced that the Central Banksters and their agents and allies on Wall Street have been suppressing the price of the monetary metals to make their fiat paper tickets looks more valuable than they are and to make inflation seem less. For gold they sell Central Bank gold overtly and covertly into the market to keep the price low. For silver they have allowed a small handful of investment banks (JP Morgan and HSBC primarily) to sell short paper silver on the COMEX. These banks are now “naked” short an amount of physical silver on the COMEX that doesn’t exist on the planet. They are starting to and will have to ultimately cover these short positions which will drive the price significantly higher.

At the same time there is now a loosely, organized international effort to break up the oligarchy’s price suppression scheme and bankrupt JP Morgan that I believe will ultimately succeed. Individual investors are buying physical silver and larger asset managers like Sprott Asset Management in Canada have created an alternative to JP Morgan’s SLV ETF (no title to ownership of the silver inside, no transparency) with the Sprott Physical Silver Trust (NYSE: PSLV) that offers title/ownership of the silver and transparency. Companies like GoldMoney are also reducing the cost of storing silver and creating the ability to easily convert precious metals into fiat currencies. These actions are taking more and more physical silver out of the market, driving the price higher (which costs JP Morgan and HSBC more to cover) and is slowly and surely withdrawing more and more physical silver from the COMEX. The COMEX, IMHO, appears to be the weak link and ultimately the removal of physical metal by investors that understand the fraud will cause the COMEX to default on delivery exposing the price suppression.

It might not be this month, it might not be in the next 6 months BUT when the scheme is finally overcome by the market (the same way the London Gold Pool was overcome by the market) the price of gold and silver will skyrocket and there exists a very, very real possibility that the dollar will crash as the USD is “re-priced” by the market against the universal constants of gold and silver.

BTW, this has happened before! The Oligarchy/Central Banksters have tried suppressing the price of the monetary metals in the 60s in the London Gold Pool. The market discovered the price suppression and eventually overcame it driving the London Gold Pool out of business and sending the price of Gold from $42 to ultimately $850 (when combined with the inflation of the 1970s).

Back then our economy was the largest creditor nation in the world with the world’s most sophisticated industrial base so we withstood the shock that the markets leveled when the scheme was exposed.

This time around when the price suppression scheme is exposed we are completely bankrupt and our country has been deliberately deindustrialized by a ruling oligarchy that is not interested in a well-armed nation, wired together with the internet, with a history of individual liberty and a Constitution that limits the power of government. This is why the oligarchy, their monopoly corporations, and their government puppets have been deliberately destroying the United States with no-win wars, open borders, deindustrialization/off-shoring, schools that don’t teach, and debasing the currency.

You can see China and Russia positioning themselves for this eventuality by adding to their gold/silver reserves and encouraging gold and silver ownership among their citizens.
The Central Bankster-owned and controlled LameStreamMedia has barely mentioned gold and silver and when they do they disparage it 50% of the time even though the price has more than quadrupled in the past 5 years.

Central Bankster control of the media extends past ownership of the production and distribution mechanisms of the physical infrastructure to control of the content. The main identifiable vehicles for creating/managing/controlling the content of MainStreamMedia are:

Operation Mockingbird - A CIA program that was made public during the Church committee hearings in 1975 where it was disclosed that the CIA had hundreds of foreign journalists on the payroll. A quote from the commission:

Fluoride - How the Government Poisons the Water to Dumb Down and Control the Tax Slaves

One of the techniques the government uses to keep the tax slaves under control is to put the toxic chemical Fluoride, which lowers IQ, in the water. The substance that is put into the public's water supply to, supposedly, prevent dental caries is fluorosilicic acid in some jurisdictions and Sodium Fluoride in others both of which are the toxic byproducts of aluminum and fertilizer manufacture. It is undeniable that fluorosilicic acid is poisonous. It states that it is poisonous on its Material Safety Data Sheet that the government requires on all toxic chemicals transported through the US. It states that it is poisonous on the labels on the bags that are received by the water treatment plants. The notoriously pro-government Wikipedia admits it is poisonous, as do Natural News and the Mercola Natural Health Newsletter which are the most widely subscribed health newsletters in the world. It is so toxic that I have been told by a superintendent of a water treatment facility that its fumes alone will actually etch/ruin glass in the rooms where it is stored and used.

How Fluoride is Harming Our Kids and Teachers

Lower IQ - Fluoride has been linked to lower IQ in 23 published studies from around the world.

Dental Fluorosis - Ironically, Fluoride ingestion in the early years damages the tooth-forming cells leading to a defect in the tooth enamel and discoloration known as Dental Fluorisis.

Does Fluoride Even Protect Teeth From Cavities?
Not really. Here is information from the Fluoride Action Network:

"According to the current consensus view of the dental research community, fluoride's primary - if not sole - benefit to teeth comes from topical application to the surfaces of teeth (while in the mouth), and not from ingestion.

It is also acknowledged by dental researchers that fluoride has little effect on preventing cavities in the pits and fissures (chewing surfaces) of teeth - where the majority of tooth decay occurs.

Perhaps not surprisingly, therefore, tooth decay rates have declined at similar rates in all western countries in the latter half of the 20th century - irrespective of whether the country fluoridates its water or not. Today, tooth decay rates thoughout continental western Europe are as low as the tooth decay rates in the United States - despite a profound disparity in water fluoridation prevalence in the two regions.

Within countries that do fluoridate their water (such as the United States and Australia), recent large-scale surveys of dental health - utilizing modern scientific methods not employed in the early surveys from the 1930s-1950s - have found little difference in tooth decay, including in "baby bottle tooth decay", between fluoridated and unfluoridated communities."

Do Other Countries Fluoridate the Water?
Very Few as the Chart above Indicates:

- 97% of western Europe has rejected fluoridated water due to the known health risks, however 10% of Britons drink it and the UK government is trying to fast track the fluoridation of the entire country’s water supply.

- In Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg fluoridation of water was rejected because it was classified as compulsive medication against the subject’s will and therefore violated fundamental human rights.

Who Say Fluoride is Good for You?

The Federal Government - The US Public Health Service has been promoting fluoridation for 30 years and it doesn't appear that they are willing to admit their mistake anytime soon. The Federal Government is getting 50% of the public's income for its unconstitutional and flagrantly criminal activities so they have an interest in a dumbed-down and docile public. The scientists and toxicologists of the Enviornmental Protection Agency disagree and, through their union, have testified before Congress on the toxicology of Fluoride (See below).

The American Dental Association - The ADA has a government-granted monopoly on the training and certification of dentists. It also receives financial compensation from the toothpaste companies for the use of its imprimatur on every box of toothpaste so it can hardly be called unbiased. Many ADA dentists disagree and actually market themselves as "Fluoride-Free Dentists" to appeal to the intelligentsia. The Aluminum and Fertilizer Industries - These multi-billion dollar industries would be forced to pay about $10,000 per tank car to dump their hazardous waste in a Class A landfill vs. making an equivalent amount selling it to public health services to be dumped into the water supply.

Harvard School of Dental Health Researcher Elise Bassin - Dr. Bassin research confirmed a link between fluoridated water and higher incidence of bone cancer in children that had originally been identified in research by the National Toxicology Program in rats. The Washington Post called Bassin's 2001 Doctoral Thesis work that showed this correlation in children "is considered the most rigorous human study to date on a possible connection between fluoridation and osteosarcoma, a rare but lethal form of cancer that affects males nearly twice as often as females". Illustrative of the way that monied interests have and continue to cloud the issue, Dr. Bassin's faculty advisor at Harvard, Dr. Chester Douglass, appears to have suppressed this research within the School of Dental Health. It was discovered that he was on the payroll of fluoridated toothpaste manufacturer Colgate as an editor of the Colgate Oral Health Report. The Environmental Working Group, an advocacy organization, stepped in to ask federal officials to open an investigation into Dr. Douglass' conduct in the matter which they did.

My favorite part of the video is when Ratigan calls out the American Taxpayer as the "Great Sucker... Abstract: We have discovered distinctive red/gray chips in all the samples we have studied of the dust produced by the destruction of the World Trade Center. Examination of four of these samples, collected from separate sites, is reported in this paper. These red/gray chips show marked similarities in all four samples. One sample was collected by a Manhattan resident about ten minutes after the collapse of the second WTC Tower, two the next day, and a fourth about a week later.

The properties of these chips were analyzed using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (XEDS), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The red material contains grains approximately 100 nm across which are largely iron oxide, while aluminum is contained in tiny plate-like structures. Separation of components using methyl ethyl ketone demonstrated that elemental aluminum is present. The iron oxide and aluminum are intimately mixed in the red material. When ignited in a DSC device the chips exhibit large but narrow exotherms occurring at approximately 430 °C, far below the normal ignition temperature for conventional thermite. Numerous iron-rich spheres are clearly observed in the residue following the ignition of these peculiar red/gray chips. The red portion of these chips is found to be an unreacted thermitic material and highly energetic.

Is the Red Material Thermitic in Nature?
Our observations show that the red material contains substantial amounts of aluminum, iron and oxygen, mixed together very finely. In the sample soaked in MEK, we observed a clear migration and aggregation of the aluminum away from other elements and determined that elemental aluminum and iron oxide must be present. In the product collected after DSC ignition, we found spheres which were not initially present. Many of these spheres were iron rich
and elemental iron was found in the post-ignition debris.

Further, the DSC traces demonstrate that the red/gray chips react vigorously at a temperature below the melting point of aluminum and below the ignition (oxidation) point of ultra fine grain (UFG) aluminum in air [18]. These observations reminded us of nano-thermite fabricated at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and elsewhere; available papers describe this material as an intimate mixture of UFG aluminum and iron oxide in nano-thermite composites to form pyrotechnics or explosives [19-21]. The thermite reaction involves aluminum and a metal oxide, as in this typical reaction with iron oxide:

2Al + Fe2O3 -> Al2O3 + 2Fe (molten iron), /\H = -853.5 kJ/mole.

Commercially available thermite behaves as an incendiary when ignited [6], but when the ingredients are ultra-fine grain (UFG) and are intimately mixed, this “nano-thermite” reacts very rapidly, even explosively, and is sometimes referred to as “super-thermite” [20, 22].
We would like to make detailed comparisons of the red chips with known super-thermite composites, along with comparisons of the products following ignition, but there are many forms of this high-tech thermite, and this comparison must wait for a future study. Meanwhile, we compare with products of commercially available (macro-) thermite. During ignition of thermite, we have observed that many spheres and spheroids are formed as part of the molten product of the reaction is vigorously scattered. These particles tend to become spherical due to surface tension and, being small, are rapidly cooled and solidify as they fall through the air, thus
their spherical shape is preserved.

To facilitate comparisons between the products of red/gray chip ignition and commercial thermite ignition, we juxtapose the respective images and XEDS spectra. We observe that the spheroidal residues from ignition of red chips (Figs. 25, 26) possess a strikingly similar chemical signature to a typical XEDS spectrum from a spheroid generated by commercial thermite (Fig. 24). This similarity supports our hypothesis that the red chips are indeed a form of thermite.

So now we have conclusive evidence of both unignited Thermite and the residue from Thermitic burning found in large enough amounts to have been found in multiple areas of Ground Zero. This adds to the amazingly cumulative evidence of the controlled demolition of WTC 1, 2, and 7. From 640+ Architects and Engineers who say that it is physically impossible, to the molten steel that was still molten weeks later and the fact that NIST, the government agency responsible for investigating the molten steel, was caught lying about its existence despite multiple MainStreamMedia and first responder accounts of its existence including both video, photographic, and even NASA satellite analysis of the heat it was giving off.

What’s a Three Percenter?

Now, seeing the other tab and patch in the photo, you may ask “what is a three percenter?” The narrowest definition is that three percenters are hard-line gun owners who are done backing up and will not comply with more infringements of their right to bear arms. A broader definition would be that they are hard-line Americans who are done backing up and will not comply with further infringement of any of their rights. It also alludes to the three percent of the colonists who took to the field against the King during the Revolution, and the estimation that at least three percent of modern Americans will actively fight, if it comes to it, to preserve liberty. Gold's special status in policy and administrative decision-making was a direct factor in Nixon's choice to abolish the gold reserve at a time of an exploding budget deficit.
Yet what about the days after 1971, and specifically, how did that critical "behind the scenes" organization, the Federal Reserve, perceive and manipulate gold in the post Bretton-Woods world? Was gold, freed from its shackles to the dollar, once again merely a symbolic representation for money?

In a nutshell Burns' entire argument revolves around the equivalency of gold and money, and furthermore points out that if the Fed does not control this core relationship, it would "easily frustrate our efforts to control world liquidity" but also "dangerously prejudge the shape of the future monetary system." Furthermore, the memo goes on to highlight the extensive level of gold price manipulation by central banks even after the gold standard has been formally abolished. The problem with accounting for gold at fair market value: the risk of massive liquidity creation, which in those long-gone days of 1975 "could result in the addition of up to $150 billion to the nominal value of countries' reserves." One only wonders what would happen today if gold was allowed to attain its fair price status. And the threat, according to Burns: "liquidity creation of such extraordinary magnitude would seriously endanger, perhaps even frustrate, out efforts and those of other prudent nations to get inflation under reasonable control." Here is an article that I originally published May 11th 2006 when it took $725.90 in crappy ass rapidly depreciating fiat paper dollars to buy one ounce of gold.(Please forgive the tone of the original article... I was a little frustrated... I'm better now :-) Now it takes $1018.11 to buy one ounce of gold.

On May 11th 2006 the Dow closed at 11,500.73 after losing 139 points that day. Today the DOW closed at 9791.71. The DOW has continued to drop steadily while Gold has continued its upward rise. The loss on the Dow is actually much more than the numbers suggest because the reduced purchasing power of the dollar means that it takes more dollars to buy the DOW just like it takes more dollars to buy virtually everything else vs. 2006... except homes which were most American's #1 investment.

The American people are like the proverbial frog in the pot... The Central Banksters keep slowly stealing their wealth through inflation, engineered bubbles, economic consolidation, military-industrial complex fraud, banker "bailouts" etc. but not fast enough that the majority take any action to do anything about it. They just keep on watching it go slowly down the drain....

I am unbelievably busy this week... I am unbelievably behind on a major project... I don't really have the time to be blogging BUT I can't let the anniversary of 9-11 pass without taking some concrete action to awaken my countrymen to the truth about 9-11.

I have a good friend who asks why I waste my time trying to educate friends, family, business acquaintances, and others about 9-11. My friend understands the government is lying but believes the people who refuse to see the truth never will. He believes they are too dumbed down, apathetic, intellectually lazy, stupid, or just don't care.

I tend to somewhat agree in many aspects. The people have been dumbed down: By government schools, by Fluoride in the water, mercury in the vaccines, and the lies that spew forth from the "idiot box" and the MainStreamMedia. There is a good portion of our population that is essentially functionally retarded and never will be able to grasp even the basic science of why the government's story is impossible or possess enough knowledge of history to understand that government sponsored false flag terror is the norm not the exception.

However, I believe, there are enough Americans who still possess the critical thinking skills to understand 9-11 and, ultimately, the central bankster looting and control of the United States.

I believe that 9-11 is the key to unlocking their minds for a number of reasons.

1. It only requires a very basic understanding of science and an open mind to understand that the government's story is absolutely physically impossible. Jet fuel (a type of kerosene) burns at 800 to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit (825 C). The melting point of steel and iron is over 2700 Fahrenheit (1500 C). There was both molten steel and iron found below all three WTC buildings that was still molten weeks later after the attacks... Where did it come from?

The Law of Conservation of Momentum stipulates that the underlying steel frame of the World Trade Center towers which had supported the weight of the floors for decades should have provided at least some resistance in a gravity powered collapse. The buildings fell at free fall speed through the path of greatest resistance. It was physically impossible!

2. There are hundreds and hundreds of world renowned physicists, engineers, architects, college professors, pilots, intelligence operatives, and military officers who know the government is lying and have put their professional reputations on the line to publicly speak out against the official story. These brave souls are but a fraction of the total number who know the official story is false but can't speak out for fear of losing their livelihood or fear of losing their lives to a government that is rapidly turning into a fascist dictatorship, is openly creating a surveillance society, and setting up a Martial Law police state. The government's story simply has no equivalent level of public support among professionals who do not work for the government and/or companies who are dependent on government contracts. The overwhelming majority of the independent professionals who have the education and training to independently analyze the government's story believe it is a lie.

3. There is an abundant amount of well-referenced, scholarly research available to those who wish to research the subject. Hundreds of websites, dozens of documentary films, scholarly journals, and thousands of independent researchers and groups. Finally, probably the main reason that I focus so much time and effort on 9-11 is that once individuals do research 9-11 and realize that it was an inside job and that the MainStreamMedia has been covering up for 7 years they almost instantly understand that the Television and the MainStreamMedia have been lying to them. One of the resources that I use to wake people up to 9-11 truth is the excellent documentary "Loose Change - The Final Cut". There are two parts that are especially effective:

The Live News Coverage on 9-11 - Obviously not every member of the MainStreamMedia is/was part of the conspiracy to cover up 9-11. When you review the live coverage from that day you quickly realize that many of the reporters and anchors understood and where reporting on what really happened that day: The reporters on the scene were reporting on the secondary explosions going off in the tower, they were reporting on the fire fighters finding explosive devices in the building, they were reporting on the countdown before the implosion of WTC 7, etc. etc. Every major news anchor from Lou Dobbs to Dan Rather to Peter Jennings was speculating on air that the collapse of the buildings resembled a controlled demolition. In short, they had the story Day One as it was unfolding. There was massive evidence of controlled demolition. By Day 2, after the corporate ownership was able to exercise editorial control and stifle any speculation about "conspiracy theories" it all disappeared into the memory hole.

The BBC, CNN, and FOX News Reporting that Building 7 Fell Before the Collapse - While many of the reporters on the scene were reporting on what was really happening on the ground, their is also clear evidence that the intelligence agencies that orchestrated the attacks were using their control of the Media to shape public opinion about what was happening. The strongest evidence of this was the BBC, CNN, and FOX news reporting on the collapse of WTC 7 (and the official version of why it collapsed) BEFORE THE BUILDING HAD COLLAPSED. In the case of the BBC, their reporter Jane Standley went live on-air and described the collapse of WTC 7 and began reciting the official reason why WITH THE BUILDING STILL STANDING VISIBLY BEHIND HER!! Once the master controllers realized what was going out over the airwaves the BBC suddenly lost their connection with Jane Standley.

Once the people realize that the MainStreamMedia and TV abjectly lied to them about the events of 9-11... soviet style... they begin to question what else the MainStreamMedia and TV have been selling them.

So on this 7th anniversary of 9-11 I would hope that everyone would honor the fallen and take a little time to research the facts of 9-11 for yourselves. Get over your Cognitive Dissonance, forget what the majority believes (if the majority even still believes the official story) , ignore conventional wisdom and do your own research into the one event that changed the course of modern American history, eviscerated the Bill of Rights, ushered in the police state and surveillance society, and lead to the wars that have bankrupted the US and tarnished our name.

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with our 44^th President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, while he was out promoting his health care reform initiative. I requested 30 minutes given the scope and detail of my inquiry; they said I could have 20. Twenty minutes, 1200 seconds, not a lot of time to question the President about one of the most important events in our nation’s history. The following is a transcript of our remarkable discussion.

Charlie Sheen – Good afternoon Mr. President, thank you so much for taking time out of your demanding schedule.

President Barack Obama – My pleasure, the content of your request seemed like something I should carve out a few minutes for.

CS – I should point out that I voted for you, as your promises of hope and change, transparency and accountability, as well as putting government back into the hands of the American people, struck an emotional chord in me that I hadn’t felt in quite some time, perhaps ever.

PBO – And I appreciate that Charlie. Big fan of the show, by the way.

CS – Sir, I can’t imagine when you might find the time to actually watch my show given the measure of what you inherited.

PBO – I have it Tivo’d on Air Force One. Nice break from the traveling press corps. (He glances at his watch) not to be abrupt or to rush you, but you have 19 minutes left.

CS – I’ll take that as an invitation to cut to the chase.

PBO – I’m all ears. Or so I’ve been told.

CS - Sir, in the very near future we will be experiencing our first 9/11 anniversary with you as Commander in Chief.

PBO – Yes. A very solemn day for our Nation. A day of reflection and yet a day of historical consciousness as well.

CS – Very much so sir, very much so indeed…. Now; In researching your position regarding the events of 9/11 and the subsequent investigation that followed, am I correct to understand that you fully support and endorse the findings of the commission report otherwise known as the ‘official story’?

PBO – Do I have any reason not to? Given that most of us are presumably in touch with similar evidence.

CS – I really wish that were the case, sir. Are you aware, Mr. President, of the recent stunning revelations that sixty percent of the 9/11 commissioners have publicly stated that the government agreed not to tell the truth about 9/11 and that the Pentagon was engaged in deliberate deception about their response to the attack?

PBO – I am aware of certain “in fighting” during the course of their very thorough and tireless investigative process.

CS – Mr. President, it’s hard to label this type of friction as “in fighting” or make the irresponsible leap to “thorough,” when the evidence I insist you examine regarding 6 of the 10 members are statements of fact.

(At this point one of Obama’s senior aides approaches the President and whispers into his ear. Obama glances quickly at his watch and nods as the aide resumes his post at the doorway, directly behind me.)

PBO – No disrespect Mr. Sheen, but I have to ask; what is it that you seem to be implying with the initial direction of this discussion?

CS – I am not implying anything Mr. President. I am here to present the facts and see what you plan to do with them.

PBO - Let me guess; your ‘facts,’ allegedly supporting these claims are in the folders you brought with you?

CS – Good guess Mr. President.

CS – Again sir, these are not my opinions or assumptions, this is all a matter of public record, reported through mainstream media, painstakingly fact checked and verified.

Third parties are prohibited by law from raising money in any significant amounts while the established parties are given hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer monies for political advertising, their conventions, and "debates". The Central Banksters through their control of the money supply have, for decades, been enriching themselves to the tune of trillions of dollars while simultaneously destroying private wealth through confiscatory taxation, estate taxes, inflation, and monopolistic competition. They have been able to get away with this for decades because of what was essentially a complete control of the media. In the past decade their has been a revolution in information technology: The internet, cheap documentary production, web publishing, cheap DVD replication, blogs, Google Video, YouTube, etc. that now threaten the ruling elites control of information. I have heard from a knowledgeable source that environmental regulations prohibit water purification plants from storing more than a couple of weeks of chlorine. So in an economic collapse that disrupts commerce once this chlorine is gone algae will quickly develop in the pipe system making municipal water sources unusable. It is important to have both water storage and a way of purifying collected rain water. I have 75 gallons of stored water in a 55 gallon barrel and four 5 gallon water cooler bottles with the ability to store an addition 25 gallons in a boxed water kit. You will need the ability to filter water. I recommend having both a reverse osmoisis water filter to remove Fluoride prior to a collapse and a portable gravity fed filter like the British Berkey that doesn't require the water pressure of municipal sources to operate. This negative eugenics program has two goals:

1. The World Health Organization has been caught distributing tetanus vaccination "contaminated" with an expensive hormone that induces spontaneous abortions in vaccination campaigns that specifically targeted women of childbearing age. The current "Science Czar" of the Obama administration, John Holdren, has written a 1,000+ page policy textbook on eugenics that called for secretly putting chemicals in the water supply that would sterilize the population.

Credit is not flowing. In fact, credit is contracting. That means things aren’t getting better; they’re getting worse. When credit contracts in a consumer-driven economy, bad things happen. Business investment drops, unemployment soars, earnings plunge, and GDP shrinks. The Fed has spent more than a trillion dollars trying to get consumers to start borrowing again, but without success. The country’s credit engines are grinding to a halt.

Bernanke has increased excess reserves in the banking system by $800 billion, but lending is still slow. The banks are hoarding capital in order to deal with the losses from toxic assets, non performing loans, and a $3.5 trillion commercial real estate bubble that’s following housing into the toilet. That’s why the rate of bank failures is accelerating. 2010 will be even worse; the list is growing. It’s a bloodbath.

The standards for conventional loans have gotten tougher while the pool of qualified credit-worthy borrowers has shrunk. That means less credit flowing into the system. The shadow banking system has been hobbled by the freeze in securitization and only provides a trifling portion of the credit needed to grow the economy. Bernanke’s initiatives haven’t made a bit of difference. Credit continues to shrivel.

I have to wonder.

First, we have Corus, which reported a negative Tier 1 Ratio. That is, they are formally "in the hole" in terms of assets .vs. liabilities. This is never supposed to happen - but it did, "Prompt Corrective Action" be damned.

Next, we have Guaranty Bank, which also has a negative core capital ratio. They have been trying to sell themselves (gee, I wonder why?) for a while without success. Here's the relevant quote from their 8-K:

Based on these adjustments, the Bank’s core capital ratio stood at negative 5.78% as of March 31, 2009. The Bank’s total risk based capital ratio as of March 31, 2009 stood at negative 5.52%. Both of these ratios result in the Bank being considered critically under-capitalized under regulatory prompt corrective action standards.

Yet Prompt Corrective Action (PCA) - a law, by the way, not a suggestion - has once again not been followed.

Finally, we have Colonial. I made a nice chunk of coin shorting and PUTting that turkey last year, when their CEO (and a lot of other people) said they were "very conservative." Uh huh. My read of their balance sheet said they were (like many other regional banks) massively over-exposed to condo construction loans in..... you guessed it.... Florida (which incidentally is what killed Corus.) Oops. But here's the money quote on Colonial:

If the FDIC were to seize Colonial, it would be the sixth-largest seizure, by assets, in American history. Such a large failure could strain the bank safety net. Colonial has $20 billion in deposits, while the FDIC insurance fund has dropped below $15 billion. The FDIC wouldn't have to cover every dime, but when Florida's BankUnited, with $12.8 billion in assets, failed earlier this year, it cost regulators nearly $5 billion.

Add all three of these up and tell me what you think is going on?

These three are not small banks. They are significant regional institutions, unlike the tiny little banks that we hear about every Friday after the close of business.

As the application of the super-thermite must have occurred during the months prior to 9-11, I have used FOIA and other means to try to find who could have been doing such work in the towers during 2000-2001. There was one significant clue at the very beginning. Two days after 9-11, Engineering News-Record (ENR) reported that an asbestos abatement and demolition company called LVI had done extensive asbestos abatement work in the World Trade Center:

AMEC Inc., Turner Corp. and Bovis Lend Lease were set to assume "lead roles" in the cleanup effort, says Lee Benish, AMEC vice president. "From the very beginning, we've been deeply involved with the city department of emergency services," he says. "They're sorting through who will be doing what." LVI Services Inc., New York City, which has done extensive asbestos abatement work on the towers in the past, is involved in similar work now as well as other cleanup efforts.

LVI was immediately a suspect because it does a great deal of pre-demolition work in which it prepares buildings for demolition. LVI has done several large demolition jobs with Controlled Demolition, Inc. of Maryland.

I called LVI and spoke with Burton T. Fried, the founder and CEO of the company, and asked him if his company had done extensive asbestos abatement work in the twin towers as reported in ENR. He immediately denied that his company had done the work saying that another company called AASI had, but he added that they had gone out of business. (NB -- One of the branch offices of LVI is named ASI.)

During the years from 1993 to 2001, Marsh made several modifications to these floors, in addition to the fireproofing upgrades mentioned above. According to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Marsh made modifications to the south side of floor 94 in 1998. That same year, the PANYNJ helped Marsh demolish floors 95-98 in order to rebuild the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Marsh did further modification work on floor 95 in the year 2000.^[13] The full floor fireproofing upgrades on floors 93 through 100 were accomplished in August through November of 1998, except for floor 94, which was done in December 1996.

Marsh was a large company, with a number of subsidiaries, including Putnam Investments, Mercer, Johnson & Higgins, and Guy Carpenter, a company that occupied floors 47 to 54 of the south tower. Marsh was also known to be notoriously secretive, and had been likened to the CIA.^[14] Its chief executive on 9/11 was Jeffrey Greenberg, a member of the Brookings Institution, the Trilateral Commission, and the son of the chairman of American International Group (AIG), Maurice Greenberg. AIG has been reported to be at the center of a number of CIA operations.^[15]

Jeffrey Greenberg rose quickly through management at Marsh, having come there directly from AIG in 1995, and then becoming CEO just four years later. At Brookings, Greenberg hobnobbed with Lee Hamilton, co-chair of the 9/11 Commission, and the Iraqi Nemir Amin Kirdar, CEO of Investcorp, a BCCI-related company founded by the Saudi Abdullah Taha Bakhsh.^[16]

FAN Bulletin 1080: URGENT: Help fight more DOW-EPA fraud

Dear readers of the Discourse of Involuntary Servitude,

We need your help before midnight tonight, if we are to prevent more fluoride exposure to our population and more fraud at the EPA.

Introduction

Many of us had hoped (and believed) that when Obama took office he would restore scientific integrity to the regulatory agencies. In particular, we had hoped that he would rescue the EPA pesticide division from the stranglehold influence of the chemical industry. One way that this could have been demonstrated would have been to have put a hold on Dow AgroSciences use of the fumigant sulfuryl fluoride on foodstuffs in warehouses and processing plants. Such use leaves very high levels of fluoride on many foods, at a time when it is clear that the US population is already being grossly over-exposed to fluoride. Even the CDC admits that over 30% of American kids have dental fluorosis, which is scientific evidence of over-exposure to fluoride (CDC, 2005).

For over 5 years FAN has been intervening in EPA's permitting process and has clearly demonstrated the fraudulent manipulation of the data contained in the health risk assessments performed by EPA in this process. The health risk assessment was redone twice by the EPA in an attempt to get around the fact that FAN had shown that infants were already exceeding the safe reference dose (dosage) of 0.114 mg per kg bodyweight per day, and thus no new source should be permitted. Rather than acknowledging this, the EPA TWICE raised the reference dose for infants. First, to 0.561 mg/kg/day and then to 1.14 mg/kg/day. The latest safe reference dose for infants is now TEN times higher than the safe reference dose for adults. Such a contention not only defies common sense and basic toxicological principles but also the mandates of the Food Quality and Protection Act (FQPA), which requires that an extra safety factor be applied to protect infants and young children from pesticide residues in risk assessments because of their known extra sensitivity to toxic substances during early development. Thus, if anything the reference dose should have been set lower for infants than adults, not TEN times higher!

Ironically, even the reference dose for adults (0.114 mg/kg/day) is in doubt because it's based upon the EPA's safe drinking water standard of 4 ppm which the National Research Council panel has stated is not protective of health (NRC 20060).

The EPA has simply refused to explain these horrendous manipulations. Instead, they offered to participate in a mediation process. But this has simply been a huge delaying tactic. We had naively hoped that they were delaying the process until a more friendly administration was in place. Thus, we were shocked to discover that before the EPA had responded to our critique of their unscientific health risk assessment(s), and our appeal that the use of sulfuryl fluoride be halted pending such an explanation, that the EPA is now considering allowing Dow AgroSciences to extend the use of sulfuryl fluoride as a pre-plant soil fumigant!

How you can help fight this

Fortunately, the Sierra Club has intervened on this expanded use of sulfuryl fluoride because of the fact that sulfuryl fluoride is a very potent Greenhouse gas, contributing to Global warming. They have set up the machinery for people to send in comments to the EPA on this. We request that you piggy back on this machinery and add a comment to the effect:

"Not only am I concerned about sulfuyrl fluoride's global warming potential but I am also very concerned that the EPA is considering expanding the use of this highly toxic fumigant before it has addressed the charges raised by the Fluoride Action Network that the health risk assessments that they performed for Dow were outrageously manipulated to yield a safe reference dose for infants (1.14 mg/kg/day) which is TEN times higher than the reference dose for adults (0.114 mg/kg/day). Such a manipulation defies common sense and basic toxicological principles but also the mandates of the Food Quality and Protection Act (FQPA), which requires that an extra safety factor be applied to protect infants and young children from pesticides because of their known extra sensitivity to toxic substances during early development.I thought with he election of President Obama we were going to get more scientific integrity at the EPA, instead we are getting more poison for our kids! The wholesale looting of America and the transfer of wealth and power over to a private banking elite who are setting up a world government, along with the complete obliteration of any remaining freedom to protest, resist, or even speak out against this agenda, is now entering its final phase as numerous different pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fall into place and portray a clear picture of tyranny.
We are about to sound the death knell for the United States if every one of the following attacks on our liberty, free speech, sovereignty, and right to not be ruled over by an unelected banking dictatorship is not fiercely opposed and crushed.

RED ALERT 1
The passage of the “Climate Bill” by the House and its likely approval by the Senate represents the entrée for the complete and total subjugation of any freedoms we had left and the beginning of nightmare regulation and suffocating control over every aspect of our personal lives by millions of green stasi tasked with enforcing impossible to attain goals of 80% carbon dioxide reduction - all based on the manufactured threat of global warming.
This bill will also sink the economy and create a new great depression, effectively obliterating America’s first world status. It represents a transfer of power and wealth from both the U.S. government and the American taxpayer over to the system of world government and global regulation now being erected by means of the climate change hoax.
This is far worse than just a “new tax” as Republicans are complaining - this is the total takeover of the American economy by private banking interests through the carbon trading system.
As we have attempted to warn, the major beneficiaries of the climate bill will be the elitists who own the carbon trading systems that will be used to handle the ‘cap and trade’ program, namely Al Gore and Maurice Strong, two figures intimately involved with a long standing movement to use the theory of man made global warming as a mechanism for profit and social engineering.
We must rally now to lobby members of Congress who voted for the legislation and demand they change their vote before July 2nd. Failing that, we must demand that the Senate does not rubber stamp this nightmare legislation. Failing that, we must support and organize to craft more legislation based on the example of Arizona, who recently passed state Senate legislation refusing to comply with insane climate laws coming from the federal level.

RED ALERT 2
The seemingly endless economic “bailouts” represent the wholesale looting of the American taxpayer and the grand theft of trillions of dollars by private banking interests who refuse to even disclose where the money went.
Not satisfied with stealing tens of trillions, under the Obama administration’s new regulatory reform plan, the Federal Reserve is now trying to enrich itself with dictator powers that will give it complete control over the U.S. economy, handing them the authority to “regulate” and shut down any company whose activity it believes could threaten the economy and the markets.
We must rally now and lobby more members of Congress to support Ron Paul’s H.R. 1207 bill to audit the Federal Reserve and highlight the fact that Bernanke is spewing financial terrorism when he threatens an economic collapse should the Fed be opened up to scrutiny.

RED ALERT 3
Federal hate crimes legislation, which in reality would criminalize “thought crimes,” has cleared the House and now faces the Senate as S.909, the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act (officially, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act).
S.909 is a direct violation of the First Amendment. It allows the federal government to prosecute people involved in “hate speech” transmitted over television, radio, and the internet. The House version of the bill states:
“Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce [radio, TV, internet] any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both. (HR 1966, SEC 3, Sec. 881a)”
In other words, if a talk show host engages in “hostile” speech against a person or persons of the above mentioned federally protected group that talk show host will face federal prosecution and the prospect of a two year prison term.
The Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act would similarly criminalize free speech on the Internet if it can be deemed in any way to have been “harmful” to an individual. This represents the end of political blogging and free speech on the world wide web.
If both bills are not opposed and thrown out then the First Amendment will become nothing more than a relic of a bygone age.

RED ALERT 4
The Senate bill S.787, otherwise known as the Clean Water Restoration Act (CWRA), would replace language in the regulatory act currently using “navigable waters” with “waters of the United States.”
What this means is that “the government would essentially be able to regulate everything from standing water in floodplains to creeks that run behind business and residences,” according to an Environmental Leader report.
This represents a complete takeover of private land and waterways by the federal government, a total assault on private property rights and a complete federalization of America’s land and water.
“In a letter to Senate Environment and Public Works Chair Barbara Boxer and ranking member James Inhofe, the American Farm Bureau Federation said that the proposed law would “extend to all water — anywhere from farm ponds, to storm water retention basins, to roadside ditches, to desert washes, to streets and gutters, even to a puddle of rainwater,” stated the letter. “For the first time in the 36-year history of the act, activities that have no impact on actual rivers and lakes would be subject to full federal regulation.”
If this bill becomes law, it will empower the federal government to seize private property on a whim, using similar powers that Communist China employed during Chairman Mao’s “great leap forward,” where landowners had their property violently confiscated and stolen by the government.
If this bill passes the Senate, private property rights in the United States are effectively null and void and the federal government would legally have the power to bulldoze families from their homes as routinely happens in Communist China.

RED ALERT 5
Amongst the myriad of assaults on the Second Amendment rights of American citizens undertaken by the Obama administration during the course of its first year in office, the one that stands out as the most alarming is the attempt to ban people who appear on the terrorist watch list from buying guns.
But isn’t stopping terrorists from buying guns surely a sensible measure to take? The problem is that the terrorist watch list, sometimes called the no fly list, is not a list of likely terrorists, it is a sprawling database of of innocent people that contains the names of over one million Americans. This is a rise of 32% since 2007 alone.
Members of Congress, nuns, war heroes, reverends, the former assistant attorney general, toddlers and children, the ACLU administrator, people with difficult names and all American names like Robert Johnson and Gary Smith, have become caught in the vast tentacle of this list, documents the ACLU.
Moreover, once a person is included on the terrorist watch list it is virtually impossible to get off it.
The terrorist watch list is an ever-expanding tool with which to deny Americans basic rights as well as to strip them completely of the Fourth Amendment.
Now it is being used to prevent law-abiding citizens from purchasing firearms. Legislation sponsored by the The Government Accountability Office seeks to “close the gap” and prevent victims of the terrorist watch list from being able to purchase firearms.
This represents a new end run around the Second Amendment and a concerted effort on behalf of the federal government to classify millions of innocent Americans as potential terrorists, thus stripping them of their Constitutional right to own firearms.

RED ALERT 6
Our right to protest against any of the egregious assaults on the Constitution that are listed above is itself being removed by new law enforcement and Pentagon training manuals and guidelines that define protesting as domestic terrorism.
Current Department of Defense anti-terrorism training course material states that the exercise of First Amendment rights in the U.S. constitutes terrorist activity.
Over the last few years we have documented countless examples of security assessment reports from the likes of the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, as well as police training manuals, which state that anti-war protesters, gun owners, veterans, Ron Paul supporters and those who merely cite the Constitution should be equated with extremists and domestic terrorists.
The fact that the government is now treating people who merely criticize its conduct as domestic terrorists is the clearest signal possible that the United States has entered a period in history similar to Germany in the early 1930’s and that it can only be a matter of time before the right “emergency” provides the justification for dissidents to be targeted for round-ups and mass imprisonment.
No one can claim now that this is merely a paranoid delusion - the government itself is training its law enforcement and military arms that protesters and people who use their First Amendment rights are domestic terrorists. The last time this happened was under King George shortly before the American Revolution.

ONE MINUTE TO MIDNIGHT
If we don’t stand up in unison and exercise our right to protest and free speech now more than ever before, while pointing out that the real terrorists are those who would seek to destroy the freedoms enshrined in the Bill of Rights, then we may find ourselves doing our protesting behind the barbed wires and the concrete blocks of an internment camp.
The hour is late, the clock stands at one minute to midnight, and the federal government, through all the examples documented above, is on the verge of implementing nothing less than a total environmental, financial and societal dictatorship and killing what once was the United States of America.
Almost identical programs of total enslavement are also being pushed through in almost every other major western country at the same time.
If we don’t stop obsessing about the minutia of life and actually concentrate on the imminent destruction of the very principles of our livelihoods, the bedrock freedoms that allow us to operate in relative comfort on a daily basis and be reasonably secure in our own homes, being able to pay our bills, put food on the table, earn money, and air our grievances when government threatens to impinge on those basic freedoms, then there will be nothing left but a rotten hollow carcass and a memory of what America once strived to be - land of the free, home of the brave - not land of the thief, home of the slave.

They have created the greatest debt-based financial bubble the world has ever seen through the creation of asset backed securities and a quadrillion dollars in derivatives which Warren Buffet has aptly described as "Financial Weapons of Mass Destruction". They are about to drop this Financial Weapon of Mass Destruction on you so they can then cull the herd through poverty, disease, engineered bio-weapons, assassination, etc. They will pose as your saviors while they round you up into FEMA concentration camps they have already had built and inject you with vaccines that will slow kill/fast kill the survivors of the initial collapse. Their ultimate goal is to reduce the chattel slaves/serfs/human cattle by 90%.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting to know Michael Maresco when he was good enough to give me ride from the Oath Keeper's Rally on the Green in Lexington, Massachusetts to New York City in April. The agents are asserting that they have the right to detain and search the Pastor with no probable cause. They become threatening when the Pastor attempts to assert his 4th amendment protection from unlawful search and seizure.

This is another example of true courage in resisting the tyranny that the federal government is beginning to turn up incrementally within the United States. The federal government has started operating unconstitutional suspiciousless checkpoints far from the border in an effort to condition the American people to submit to tyranny incrementally. This is a continuation of the government's strategy in the airports to condition the people to accept all manner of dehumanizing treatment including removing their shoes and belts, submitting to body scans, and ridiculous prohibitions of what they can and can't carry with them while they travel. The video shows the agents clearly ignorant of the constitutional protections afforded to all citizens of the United States to travel freely within the United States without being harassed by government thugs.

The completely corrupt federal government would have you believe that the protections of the Constitution do not apply to the nearly 200 million Americans who live within 100 miles of the border.

I am amazed that so many of the sheeple can not recognize the classic hallmarks of tyrannical government being incrementally implemented. I would challenge anyone who doubts that this is official government policy to follow up on this story in the coming weeks and months to see if any disciplinary action has been taken against these agents that brutally beat and tazered an unarmed man whose only crime was to assert the constitutional protections against tyranny that are his birthright as an American. The same way that Hitler's brownshirts were allowed/encouraged in their abuse of the citizenry, these border agents will suffer no disciplinary action for their obvious crimes.

Americans had better wake up, turn off the teevee and MainStreamMedia propaganda, quit wasting their free time with the idiocy of professional sports, People Magazine, and biographies of dogs, and the other trivial pursuits that characterize the behavior of our fluoridated, vaccinated, government educated, dumbed-down population. Baxter International has been caught in what appears to be an attempted world-wide release of a weaponized version of the H591 Avian Flu virus. The pharmaceutical company was caught shipping flu vaccines to at least 18 countries that contained live avian flu virus that had been mixed in with seasonal H3N2 flu viruses. The combination produces a super-strain of the virus that makes the normally hard-to-spread avian flu virus "super-airborne and easily spread". It has been called "virtually impossible" by experts for this contamination to have occurred as an innocuous mistake in a BSL3 (Bio Safety Level 3) facility with its stringent safety and production requirements.

There were a number of other factors that point to this episode being more than a simple manufacturing oversight including:

1. The vaccines weren't irradiated as is usual and customary in the production process to kill any viruses.

2. The company stood to profit from a world wide pandemic as it also manufactures an avian flu vaccine and has contracts with many different governments to provide mass inoculations in just such a crisis.

3. Baxter Officials have a history of knowingly shipping deadly pharmaceutical products. I have cautioned my own friends and family for years against taking anything by Baxter International/Bayer (as well as Merck and Wyeth who have each had similar scandals) after the company was caught selling blood products they knew to be contaminated with HIV!!
